Any older fantasy figures, although the dwarf is very light by modern (i.e. read GW) standards. |
| Long Review: |
The figure is very nicely sculpted, and shows very little flash. He is definitely a throwback to an earlier age, when the weapons were much more in scale. The figure looks positively emaciated by modern standards, and is also very lightly armoured- just some sort of light jerkin. He is, however, a very nice character, and will work brilliantly for a beginning RPG character, or in any role not requiring much armour. |

At an average of £0.85 the dwarf is very competitively priced, and definitely appeals if you are looking for a "realistic" dwarf. |

Based on the sample I have, the casting is pretty decent. There are very few bits of metal to be cleaned off, and the mould lines are quite understated. |
